If you’re looking to run a restaurant or hotel in Montauk, now might be the perfect time to jump on a commercial acquisition, according to Curbed. There’s the renovated property at 548 West Lake Drive in Montauk with 10 units, a 1,200-square-foot restaurant and bar, and 27 parking spots listed by Brown Harris Stevens that’s asking $2.95 million. The Lido Resort at 5 South Emery Street is another Brown Harris Stevens listing that offers an opportunity to run a motel. The $2.675 million property sits on 2 acres, and boasts 19 units along with a pool. Two more eateries could be had — the $3.95 million Salivar’s Restaurant and Bar property at 470 West Lake Drive or $1.8 million commercial strip at 781 Montauk Highway. Town & Country Real Estate is listing both properties. The restaurant and bar has about 3,700 square feet of space with water views, while the 2,800-square-foot commercial property has two separate entrances — one designed for food and the other designed for merchandise retail.
