The developed component of the listing is composed of 142,030 square feet inside five adjoined buildings, including 950 University Avenue, which are adjacent to the Major Deegan Expressway and overlook the Harlem River. The buildings contain completed indoor parking. The listing also boasts 143,000 square feet across seven empty lots that H.W. Wilson acquired in the 1970s and is selling for about $20 per buildable square foot, Crain’s said. Prospective buyers are looking at the land for residential conversion, Massey Knakal said. [Crain’s]
