Greenpoint rental building starts leasing

A building at 59 Kent Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn
is now on the market as a rental, Brownstoner reported. There are 36 units in the
building, which is one of the landmarked Pencil Factory buildings
between Franklin and West streets. Two units are already rented, Brownstoner said, and 11
are on the market with prices ranging from $1,965 per month for a
566-square-foot studio to $5,289 per month for a 1,763-square-foot one-bedroom. [Brownstoner]
