Performance artist Marina Abramovic, most recently made famous for camping out in the Museum of Modern Art for three months during a retrospective of her work last year at the museum, has listed her uber-stylish loft at 70 Grand Street, on the corner of Grand and Wooster streets, for $3.495 million with Joshua Wesoky, a vice president at Sotheby’s International Realty, Curbed reported.

Abramovic purchased the one-bedroom apartment a decade ago for $1.5 million. It was then redesigned by architect Dennis Wedlick after her purchase. There’s an alternate floorplan to convert the unit into a two-bedroom. [Curbed]
