The RGS Holdings-developed Harlem condominium, which hit the market in September 2008, had most recently been represented by
Halstead’s Maria Brooks, but Brooks is now representing the building
as an agent for MNS, according to the building’s website.
Brooks was not immediately available for comment, and neither were Halstead nor RGS.

The 89-unit building is now 70 percent sold, according to MNS. The 27
remaining units are a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with
prices beginning at $499,000. In addition, three penthouses, with
prices starting at $800,000, are still available.

Amenities at the 12-story luxury development include a 12th-floor roof
deck with a fireplace, a
children’s play area, and 24-hour doorman services. — Miranda
