Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The most expensive Manhattan listing to hit the market this week is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom condominium unit at 25 Columbus Circle in Lincoln Square. The 4,733-square-foot apartment has views of Central Park and is listed with Elizabeth Sample and Brenda Powers of Sotheby’s International Realty for $37.33 million.

The second priciest listing is a seven-bedroom penthouse unit at 181 East 65th Street, architect Robert Stern’s first luxury condo development. The apartment is listed with Cathy Franklin and Alexis Bodenheimer of Brown Harris Stevens for $15.77 million.

The third most expensive unit to come online is a four-bedroom Upper East Side co-op at 800 Park Avenue. The unit is listed with Stribling’s Elizabeth Paul for $14 million.

The cheapest Manhattam home to hit the market this week is a studio unit at 25 Indian Road in Inwood that’s asking $113,400. Miguel Ceara of Citi Habitats has the listing.

The second and third least expensive homes are both in the same Central Harlem building,
at 127 West 133rd Street. One is a studio and the other is a one-bedroom unit. They are listed with Dwana Hughes of Halstead Property for $135,000 and $168,000 respectively. — Katherine Clarke
