The home, which has a rusticated limestone and rose brick façade, is listed with Elizabeth Sierzega and Paula del Nunzio of Brown Harris Stevens.
The second most expensive listing to come online this week is a 5,000-square-foot penthouse condominium unit at 101 West 67th Street, with a $27.5 million asking price. The four-bedroom property, in the Millenium Tower in Lincoln Square, is listed with Raphael De Niro and Howard Margolis of Prudential Douglas Elliman.
The third priciest listing this week is a 7,236-square-foor condominium loft unit at 25 Bond Street in Noho. The five-bedroom property, which comes with outdoor space, is listed with Carrie Chang and Janet Wang of the Corcoran Group for $19.5 million.
The cheapest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a studio apartment at 25 Indian Road in Inwood. The co-op unit is listed with Miguel Ceara of Citi Habitats for $113,400.
The second least expensive home to come online is a two-bedroom co-op unit at 505 West 143rd Street in Hamilton Heights, which is listed with Don Moses of Exit Realty Landmark for $130,000.
