Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan listing to hit the market this week is a 5,678-square-foot, 11-room condominium unit at 200 East 65th Street in Lenox Hill that’s asking $20 million. The apartment, located on the 47th Street floor of the full-service building, is listed with John Burger and Margery Hador of Brown Harris Stevens.

The second most expensive listing to come online this week is a 4,081-square-foot condo unit at 610 Park Avenue, asking $15.9 million. The two-bedroom, Lenox Hill unit is listed with Michele Kleier and Sabrina Kleier Morgenstern of Gumley Haft Kleier.

The third priciest listing is a 6,900-square-foot, five-bedroom townhouse at 158 East 61st Street, which is asking $15 million. The single-family mansion, built in 1910, is also listed with Michele Kleier and Sabrina Kleier Morgenstern of Gumley Haft Kleier.

The least expensive Manhattan listing to hit the market this week is a two-bedroom co-op unit at 12 East 132nd Street in Central Harlem, asking $149,000. The unit is listed with Halstead Property.

The second least expensive listing to come online is a 660-square-foot, two-bedroom co-op unit at 513 West 157th Street in Washington Heights, the sale of which is restricted to those with an income of less than $60,000. The unit is listed with Michele Portnof and Arwin Landsberg of Rutenberg Realty for $165,000.

The third cheapest listing is a 960-square-foot, three-bedroom unit at 450 West 152nd Street in Hamilton Heights. Prospective buyers must earn less than $60,000 per year. The unit is listed with Lee-Ann Pinder of Citi Habitats for $190,000. — Katherine Clarke
