This month in real estate history: Cuomo goes after corruption in building industry

From the December issue: Twenty-four years ago this month Governor Mario Cuomo announced the formation of a group of more than 100 investigators, prosecutors, auditors and other professionals to battle corruption and racketeering in the building industry, 24 years ago this month.
