Treetop bought the 17-building package for about $53 million, sources told Crain’s. They are located between Columbus and Amsterdam avenues and 105th and 108th streets, with the exeption of one, located in nearby Morningside Heights.

The seller was a partnership between the Pinnacle Group and Praedium, and was represented by Massey Knakal Realty Services. [Crain’s]
