A tour of beer heiress’ UES apartment, on market for $14M: VIDEO

Beer heiress Daphne Guinness gives a tour of her New York City apartment at the Stanhope, on the Upper East Side, in a video from the New Yorker, via the Real Estalker blog.

In the video (above) the fashion designer and ex-wife of Greek shipping titan Spyros Niarchos explains, among other things, why she eschews interior designers, why she loves New York City and how the best design happens by mistake.

Her four-bedroom, four-bathroom cond-op, at 995 Fifth Avenue, is asking $14 million, according to the listing, which hit the market in January. Ron Teitelbaum at Ron Teitelbaum Properties is marketing the apartment.
