Ex-broker turns van into home in W’burg

A former residential real estate broker, whose online resume shows he worked for New World Realty, a Queens outfit, until 2007, is living in a van in an undisclosed location in Williamsburg, Gothamist reported.

Justin Farrow, who is now looking for a job in social media, said in an email to Gothamist that he is “purposefully living inside my van, parked in a four-story spooky warehouse which is currently for sale for over $25 million.”

Farrow responded after the site tracked down a video he posted showing the interior of his van. He noted that his van sports a flatscreen television, but, as Gothamist points out, releasing a video about keeping your flatscreen in a van in Brooklyn might not be the smartest move.
