Looking into real estate’s crystal ball

More and more New Yorkers — including those at the top of their game professionally — are seeking out psychics, real estate brokers among them, the New York Post reported.

Fay Curtis, 49, a broker with Citi Habitats, consults Vanessa Facciola, a Queens-based psychic who works out of hair salons.

Sometimes these closings drag on and people back out. I’ll ask her if and when the deal will happen,” Curtis told the Post. “Vanessa is scary-right. She warned me that a client was going to back out of a deal when I thought it was a sure thing — and she was right.”

The Post said many psychics attribute the uptick in their employment to New Yorkers’ increasing anxieties over money. [Post]
