Omnicom takes additional space at 195 Broadway

Marketing giant Omnicom Group has expanded its space at 195 Broadway, between Fulton and John streets, to a total of 260,000 square feet, the New York Observer reported.

Omnicom has inked a deal for the entire 17th floor — almost 40,000 square feet — expanding its presence there to 5.5 floors. Asking rents were in the mid-$40s per square foot, the Observer said, and the lease will expire in tandem with those for Omnicom’s other spaces, in 2023.
