Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest single-family listing to hit the Manhattan market this week is a $50 million Upper East Side co-op, according to Streeteasy.com. Located at 944 Fifth Avenue between 75th and 76th streets, the full-floor home has six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and views of Central Park. Square footage was not listed. The second most expensive home to come online this week is a West Village townhouse that has two triplexes inside, but is being marketed as a single-family home. Jeremy Stein and Robin Stein at Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing with an asking price of $20 million. Located at 81 Horatio Street between Greenwich and Washington streets, the 6,968-square-foot home has six bedrooms, five bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The home also has a roof deck and gym, according to the listing.

The third priciest listing this week is a Lenox Hill townhouse located at 120 East 71st Street between Lexington and Park avenues. As The Real Deal reported yesterday, Dolly Lenz of Prudential Douglas Elliman has the listing for the dramatically-renovated home with an asking price of $17.25 million. The building is known as the Mayflower House, as it served as the meeting place for lineage group the General Society of Mayflower Descendants. The 6,600-square-foot home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The least expensive home to come on the Manhattan market this week is a co-op unit with two rooms and one bathroom located at 1775 Madison Avenue in East Harlem. Located between East 116th and 117th streets, the home has an asking price of $80,000. Paul Blanchette at Halstead Property has the listing. Square footage of the apartment was not included.

Halstead also has the week’s second least expensive listing, this one for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 515 Edgecombe Avenue in Hamilton Heights. Collette Smith has the listing with an asking price of $185,500. The unit is located inside a pre-war building, according to the listing, which does not include square footage.

The third cheapest listing this week is a co-op studio unit located at 100 Overlook Terrace near West 189th Street in Fort George. Joe Azar at CitiHabitats has the listing with an asking price of $199,500. The home has a renovated bathroom, according to the listing, which has a marble bath and overhead rain shower fixture.
