Former Lehman Brothers Chief Operating Officer Joseph Gregory has listed his Lloyd Harbor, N.Y. mansion for $22 million, Business Insider reported. Last year, Gregory’s Bridgehampton home sold to Donny Deutsch, formerly of CNBC, for $20.5 million, but selling it wasn’t easy.
The Lloyd Harbor home is located at 26 Lloyd Haven Drive. It has six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, two half bathrooms and a seven-car garage. The property sits on 10 acres, and has waterfront access. The main house measures 15,000 square feet and the guest house is 6,000.
The New York Times said that Gregory was known for flaunting his wealth. Not only would he fly a helicopter from this Lloyd Harbor home to the Lehman offices, but he would also encourage his wife to book private planes for Los Angeles shopping excursions. If he wasn’t flying, then he was driving a Bentley.
Since Lehman’s 2008 bankruptcy, Gregory has divested some of his fortune, including his helicopter and a $4.4 million apartment on Park Avenue. [Business Insider] and [NYT]
