Warburg Realty is set to open a new 7,000-square-foot corporate headquarters at 654 Madison Avenue between 60th and 61st streets, the company announced today.

The office, which is currently under construction, will occupy an entire floor at the Madison Avenue building and will include a new training center for Warburg U, the firm’s professional development program for new and experienced agents.

The agents currently based in the firm’s headquarters at 969 Madison Avenue office will relocate to 654 Madison Avenue once the office is completed in February 2013. The firm will retain the 969 Madison Avenue location. After a renovation, agents working at the firm’s 30 East 76th Street office will move into the 969 Madison Avenue space.

“I am extremely excited about this next phase in the life of Warburg Realty. The new space provides easy access for Warburg agents to all parts of the city. It enables us both to expand and to consolidate our position at the top of the pyramid of the city’s mid-sized high-end brokerages,” said Frederick Peters, president of Warburg. – Katherine Clarke
