Alan Dershowitz buys at 45 Sutton Place

Controversial Harvard University law professor Alan Dershowitz has purchased a three bedroom, 2.5-bath co-op at 45  Sutton Place, the New York Observer reported.

Dershowitz got the 16th floor spread for a fairly hefty discount — he paid $1.68 million; sellers Alan and Danna Polikoff $2.29 million when the apartment was first listed, at the beginning of last year.
