UES and West Village townhouses among this week’s most expensive listings
The most expensive home to hit the Manhattan market this week is a five-story townhouse located at 116 East 61st Street that has an asking price of $18 million, according to Streeteasy.com. Dolly Lenz and Eric Friedberg have the listing for the 4,000-square-foot home, which has three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom spans an entire floor and has a fireplace, as well as a bathroom with white Thassos marble.
The next priciest listing this week is a 5,573-square-foot combination condominium penthouse at 845 United Nations Plaza, the Trump World Tower. Debra Stotts at Town Residential has the listing with an asking price of $13.4 million. Combined, the home would have six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Anne Collins and Douglas Bellitto at Brown Harris Stevens have the week’s third most expensive listing, a townhouse located at 42 Jane Street in the West Village that has an asking price of $12.5 million. The home has nearly 3,700 square feet of space and an additional 780 square feet in the media room basement. There’s white oak hardwood flooring throughout and a wood-burning marble fireplace in the parlor.
A one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op unit located at 515 Edgecombe Avenue in Washington Heights is the week’s least expensive listing. The asking price for the property is $159,000. Ariela Heilman at Halstead Property has the listing.
The next cheapest listing ticks in with an asking price of $190,000. This studio co-op home, located at 70 LaSalle Street in Morningside Heights, is listed by Frank Aguilar at Morningside Heights Housing Corporation. The home measures 500 square feet.
Gary Martin and Jesse Shafer at the Corcoran Group have the week’s third least expensive listing: a 310-square-foot co-op studio located at 320 East 42nd Street. The asking price for the home, which has a Murphy bed, is $229,900. — Zachary Kussin
