After being sold at auction for $11 million in January, the Far West Side’s former H&H Bagel Factory has hit the leasing market, following extensive renovations, Murray Hill Properties, the property’s leasing agent, announced. The 25,000-square-foot prime commercial space, located at 639 West 46th Street and known simply as 639, now features new windows, an updated facade and modernized infrastructure.
