Rockstar Games co-founder Daniel Houser, the creator of the violent video game series Grand Theft Auto, has relisted his Soho home for sale asking $10 million. Houser, who last year purchased the Brooklyn Heights townhouse once owned by writer Truman Capote for $12.5 million, setting a price record for the borough, has listed the property at 20 Greene Street with Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman, according to Streeteasy.com. The brokers declined to comment on the listing, which came online today.

Houser, the head writer for Rockstar, bought the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home for $6.25 million in 2006, public records show. The triplex terraced penthouse includes almost 7,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. It has media room with a fireplace, an office and a roof garden.

The unit was previously listed by Ellen Newman and Lisa Detwiler of the Corcoran Group and was reportedly eyed by acting power couple Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz; a $11.5 million deal to sell the property to the James Bond actor and his new wife reportedly fell through last year.

British-born Houser bought Capote’s townhouse at 70 Willow Street in March 2012. The 9,000-square-foot home has 11 bedroom, 7.5 bathrooms and 11 fireplaces. Capote reportedly wrote “In Cold Blood” and “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” while residing there.
