Judging by the preview for the upcoming season of “Million Dollar Listing New York,” which returns to Bravo TV on May 8, viewers are in for a treat — a treat of multi-million dollar properties and high drama between the show’s broker stars.

The real estate featured this season includes one home with a panoramic view described as a “panty dropper,” a $50 million development and a $20 million apartment.

Ryan Serhant of Nest Seekers International and Fredrik Eklund of Douglas Elliman return this season, alongside newcomer Luis D. Ortiz of Keller Williams NYC, and tempers get hot. Serhant tells Eklund in one scene that he’s “the American dream,” whereas Eklund is a “cheap, shiny import.” Ortiz even throws a glass at Eklund’s head.

It will be a good season, indeed. —Zachary Kussin

If someone threw a glass at someones head, they would be arrested and lose their license. It wouldn’t matter if the other party pressed charges or not. Its on tape. New name, “Keeping up with the bull crap”

Would you trust any of these clowns?

Meeting Ryan was like meeting a real life Ken doll. But, he seems like a nice enough guy, good sense of humour. There’s no reason why I wouldn’t trust him. Let’s face it, we all know a lot of the show is staged, scripted, and overly dramatized anyway.

All three of your are transplants. Not one originates from NYC.

anybody knows what roof top it was filmed ?

  • RoshGadol

He actually threw a glass off the roof of the building. BRAVO TV doesn’t give a hoot about the about anyone, only ratings, and the train wrecks and sissies that appear on the shows are all a bunch of prissy drama queens.

  • Great post! I really enjoyed glancing over your post!

I’m torn as I watch this – on one hand, you get to see gorgeous apartments that you would never see otherwise, but somehow I feel that these guys would be happy if us mere mortals were priced out of NYC so they could sell real estate to foreigners who are offering all-cash deals.
