Top developers to discuss South Florida market at TRD roundtable May 16

Gil Dezer, Eric Trump, Carlos Rosso, Kevin Maloney, Avra Jain and others to speak at forum

The Real Deal will supplement the launch its spring 2013 South Florida Market Report, an in-depth look at all aspects of real estate in the region, with a top-flight roundtable on May 16 in Aventura, Fla.

Slated to speak are Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development; Carlos Rosso, president of condominium development for the Related Group; Kevin Maloney, founder and principal of Property Markets Group; developer Avra Jain; and Eric Trump, executive vice president of development and acquisition at the Trump Organization.

The roundtable and party will take place at Echo, a new condo project by Property Markets. The roundtable will begin at 6 p.m.; the party, marking the grand opening of Echo’s sales center at 3250 N.E. 188th Street, begins at 7 p.m. and wraps up at 9 p.m.
