Developer and real estate lawyer Andrew Leider has unloaded his townhouse at 27 Downing Street in the West Village for $7.2 million, the New York Post reported.

The 5,094-square-foot, 19th-century mansion, which once served as a carriage house, was featured on last night’s episode of “Million Dollar Listing New York.” At the time of filming, the property had not yet sold.

The house dropped slightly from its $7.4 million asking price a little more than a month ago. It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and five parking spaces in a garage with 15-foot ceilings. The ground floor has an option for commercial space, the Post said.

“MDLNY” star Luis D. Ortiz of Keller Williams NYC and his colleague Maura Jarach had the listing. The newspaper referred to 27 Downing LLC as the “mystery buyer.” [NYP, 3rd item]Mark Maurer
