One goes down, another one comes up. Following the demolition of a building at 954 Bergen Street in Prospect Heights, a developer plans to build a new six-story residential development, Brownstoner reported.

The property is set to have 38 apartments, though it was unclear whether they would be condominiums or rentals, and no commercial space.

Manhattan-based Isaac and Stern are the architects on record. Their residential projects include the five-story 530-532 5th Street in Manhattan and the eight-story 265 Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn, according to their website.

The site owner is Boaz Gilad, according to Department of Buildings records. [Brownstoner]Zachary Kussin
