Tarter Stats O’Toole tapped as leasing agent for Noho commercial building

Tarter Stats O’Toole has been tapped to exclusively handle leasing at 419 Lafayette Street, an eight-story Noho commercial building near Astor Place, the brokerage said today in a release.

The building has over 57,700 square feet of both retail and office space. I&I New York Real Estate, also a real estate brokerage, opened its first office earlier this year at a 750-square-foot space in the building, as The Real Deal reported. Business incubator Sunshine Suites occupies three floors of the building, the release said.

Catherine O’Toole and Stephen Tarter are representing both the 6,500 remaining square feet of ground retail space and the 8,000 remaining square feet of office space on the fifth floor. Zoned for a restaurant, bar or gym, the retail space has 15-foot vaulted ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling glass entry. The office space also has vaulted ceilings, as well as 200 feet of windows, the release said. – Mark Maurer
