Williamsburg Social units 50 percent leased

It seems that Williamsburg Social has made some friends. Magnum Real Estate Group and SL Green Realty’s 72-unit rental building at 250 Bedford Avenue, is now 50 percent leased, its marketing and leasing agent aptsandlofts.com exclusively told The Real Deal.

Many of the units,  which hit the market in late June, have been rented for at least $70 per square foot, the brokerage said. There are studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms, with prices starting at $2,488, $3,369 and $6,277, respectively. Units contain a washer, dryer and custom white oak flooring.

The North Williamsburg building has more than 7,500 square feet of amenity space, including two courtyards and a lounge, the spokesperson said. Other features include two common roof decks, bike storage, a concierge, a package room with cold storage and onsite parking, the release said. – Mark Maurer
