UPDATED, 11:57 a.m., Aug. 13: A Tribeca penthouse has just been put on the market with an asking price of $35 million, the New York Observer reported.

The 5,769-square-foot duplex at 101 Warren Street, which is designed by Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz and developed by Edward Minskoff, features five bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. It also has a 60-foot-wide living room on the lower level, a mudroom and pantry. On top of that, the duplex features a 2,400-square-foot wraparound terrace.

Although the Observer names heiress Rebekah Mercer and Morgan Stanley managing director Sylvain Mirochnikoff as the owners of the penthouse, an earlier article named Fortress Investment Group cofounder and Chief Operating Officer Randal Nardone as the owner. Public records identify Weeuno LLC as the owner. [NYO] – James Comtois
