Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, a law firm tenant at 1350 Broadway, is expanding the company’s occupancy by 35 percent, according to an announcement from Anthony Malkin, president of Malkin Holdings, which manages the W&H Properties portfolio.

The law firm, which moved into 1350 Broadway in 2007, will now take up 37,609 square feet on three floors of the building, which contains 25 stories and over 400,000 square feet in its entirety.

“Tarter Krinsky & Drogin has been a tenant at 1350 Broadway during a period in which we have transformed this property in a $53-million, top-to-bottom upgrade program,” Malkin said in a release. “This expansion demonstrates that we’ve delivered on our promises and ensured the highest levels of tenant satisfaction.”
