“What Happens in Vegas” director lists UWS cond-op for $2.4M

“What Happens in Vegas” director Tom Vaughan and his wife have put their Upper West Side cond-op on the market for $2.375 million.

The three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom renovated unit is located on the second floor of a prewar Emery Roth-designed building at 221 West 82nd Street, near Broadway. It features built-in bookshelves, stone counters and a shared roof deck.

Coldwell Banker Bellmarc brokers Alan Nickman and Stephen O’Neal have the listing, the New York Post reported. Douglas Elliman’s Kim Mogul Wright had the listing when the apartment last hit the market in July 2010 for $1.3 million, StreetEasy data show.
