Moby’s neighbors have unloaded their combination penthouse at 7 Bond Street for $9.2 million — about $700,000 more than the initial ask.
The property’s buyer, hedge funder Jason Pickard, purchased the 3,000-square-foot, four-bedroom digs from previous owners James Andrews and Anne Valentine Andrews, who originally listed the combo unit for $8.5 million in April.
The condominium, originally listed by CORE’s Michael Graves before he left for Douglas Elliman, features a floating glass staircase, 14-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, two home offices and a private roof garden. [Curbed] — Julie Strickland
