ATCO Properties & Management is hanging onto a tenant at its 555 Fifth Avenue — insurance litigator Nicoletti Gonson Spinner LLP.

The law firm moved into its 12,500-square-foot space  on the eighth floor of the 20-story tower in 2006 and wants to stay five more years. Asking rents are in the low- to mid-$50s per square foot.  Studley brokers Paul Revson, Zev J. Holzman, and Ryan Rafter represented Nicoletti; John K. Lord of ATCO Brokerage Services represented ATCO.

Other tenants at the 225,000-square-foot property, near 44th Street,  include Barnes & Noble, Wichcraft, Harris Corporation and Floyd Advisory. ATCO still has 30,000 square feet of available leasing space in the building. [NYO] — Mark Maurer
