Brooklyn Heights condo Love Lane Mews sells out

Love Lane Mews, a five-story, 38-unit former parking garage turned condominium development in Brooklyn Heights, has sold out, according to a spokesperson for Manhattan Skyline, which developed it with Sterling Equities.

The latest sale was a three-bedroom, 3,442-square-foot duplex on the first floor of the building, located at 9 College Place. The maisonette-style unit, which was the biggest apartment, sold for $3.2 million.

Prices ranged from $1 million to $4.25 million. Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, a gym, bike storage and a central laundry center. The units have their own washer and dryer as well.
