Metro Loft’s 443 Greenwich condominium project in Tribeca will have 45 lofts and eight penthouses, the developer said.
Plans last year called for the building to be converted into a condo hotel. Instead, it will be residential, with penthouses ranging in size from 3,500 to 9,500 square feet. Lofts will fall between 2,000 and 5,000 square feet. Sales are expected to launch early next year, and the building is set to open in 2015. Cantor Pecorella is handling marketing and sales exclusively, while architectural firm CetraRuddy is designing it.
