Kate Upton scoping Flatiron digs, including One Madison Park

Love may soon bring supermodel Kate Upton to Manhattan. The 21-year-old beauty currently calls Florida home, but has been spotted hunting for apartments in the Flatiron District in order to be closer to her boyfriend, ballroom dance champion Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Upton was recently spotted checking out a condominium building at 21st Street and Broadway, sources told the New York Daily News. Other buildings in the running, according to the newspaper, are the Related Companies and HFZ Capital’s One Madison Park — where prices start at nearly $2 million and go up to $50 million – and the Witkoff Group’s 10 Madison Square West.

The neighborhood is already home to some famous models, brokers told the newspaper, including Stephanie Seymour and Paulina Porizkova. [NYDN]  – Hiten Samtani
