Burt Resnick unloads Ritz Tower pied-a-terre for $4M

Real estate heavyweight Burt Resnick and wife Judy have bid adieu to their pied-a-terre co-op at the Ritz Tower, nabbing a $4.05 million sale.

The 465 Park Avenue pad went for less than the original $4.9 million ask to buyers Guy Wyser-Pratte, a financial investor and head of Wyser-Pratte & Company, and his wife Karin.

Betsy Green of Douglas Elliman had the listing for the 2,500-square-foot corner co-op, located on the building’s 18th floor. Currently configured as a two-bedroom, the digs boast a marble gallery, high ceilings and an option for maid and food service. [NYP] — Julie Strickland
