Sackett Union sales boom despite setbacks

Despite a renaming and revolving developers, all 32 condominiums at Alchemy Properties’ Sackett Union are sold, and only four of the 11 adjacent townhouses remain.

Of those available townhouses, Seven On Sackett Street are as of yet unfinished, slated to be done by November 1. The nearby Union Street townhouses, meanwhile, are to be finished in the next year. Alchemy took over developing and marketing the property after developer the Clarett Group shuttered its New York City office.

One of the project’s available homes, at 298 Sackett Street, is a five-bedroom, 4,240-square-foot spread across four stories and a basement, is asking $3.68 million. The home features a small den at the front of the house, powder room, numerous closets, an open kitchen and living room.
