A portfolio of 18 properties along Coney Island Avenue in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, thinks highly of itself, asking $40 million, according to Massey Knakal Realty Services, which is marketing the offering.

The Lots Near Cortelyou Road And East 9th Street now hold warehouses, garage, parking lots, multi-family homes, mixed-use buildings and vacant land. They comprise a total of roughly 78,000 square feet — with some room for growth. The lots come with 298,000 buildable square feet allotted for a community facility and 135,000 buildable square feet for a commercial space.
