Vision Critical joins tech tenants around Astor Place

Software company Vision Critical has inked a deal for the entire top floor of 440 Lafayette Street.

The firm, the latest to join a growing roster of tech tenants in The Area Around Astor Place, will pay in the $50s per square foot for its 15,180-square-foot spread. The seven-year lease covers the entire top floor of the six-story property for the company.

Eric Cagner and Greg Wang of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant in the deal, while the Gural family, which owns the buildings, was represented by NGKF’s Eric Gural.
