The apartment at Madison Avenue and 70th Street is listed with Sotheby’s International Realty’s Serena Boardman, who describes it as “perfectly suited for grand entertaining and a big lifestyle,” according to the listing spotted by Curbed. The apartment is also listed with Domus Realty’s Giampiero Rispo, according to StreetEasy.
