A 17-room condominium on the Upper East Side has hit the market asking $28 million. The 7,536-square-foot apartment at 28 East 70th Street has eight bedrooms and eight full bathrooms and boasts a playroom, a powder room and a library, according to the listing.

The apartment at Madison Avenue and 70th Street is listed with Sotheby’s International Realty’s Serena Boardman, who describes it as “perfectly suited for grand entertaining and a big lifestyle,” according to the listing spotted by Curbed. The apartment is also listed with Domus Realty’s Giampiero Rispo, according to StreetEasy.
