Leather goods maker re-ups lease at 183 Madison Avenue

The company that makes the leather goods sold by Kenneth Cole, Timberland and Marc New York is staying put for another 10 years at at 183 Madison Avenue, owned by Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anóma.

Mundi Westport Group occupies all 15,592 square feet of the third floor of the building, which IRSA took over as sole owner earlier this year.

Harry Blair, Sean Kearns and Myles Fennon of Cushman & Wakefield and Herald Square Properties represented the landlord. Joe Grotto, Jr. of Cassidy Turley represented the tenant.

Earlier this year, IRSA upgraded the building’s infrastructure and scored a landmark designation for the lobby and facade. Among the firm’s other holdings: the Lipstick Building at 885 Third Avenue. — Julie Strickland
