The Related Companies will partner with new development firm Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group on the marketing and sales of Related’s condominium projects in the pipeline in New York City, the developer announced today. The buildings include the Zaha Hadid-designed 520 West 28th Street and the residential buildings at the forthcoming Hudson Yards megaproject.

“They will bring a depth and breadth of resources including research, product development and an international marketing reach,” Related president Jeff Blau said of Corcoran Sunshine in a release. He said the Corcoran Sunshine team would complement the in-house team at Related.

“This endeavor is certain to leverage Corcoran Sunshine’s unique market insights with Related’s development savvy and result in value creation for their upcoming properties across the New York market,” Corcoran Sunshine’s president Kelly Mack said in the release. — Hiten Samtani
