EVO debuts retail division with JDF founder

JDF Realty founder Robert Frischman will head EVO Real Estate Group’s new retail division, working directly under the firm’s four principals.

Frischman, who was at the helm of JDF for more than 20 years, will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and working with acquisitions, according to EVO. “Robert has had a strong working relationship with our CEO Ira Fishman, having worked together on numerous significant deals,” Dana Moskowitz, EVO’s president, said in a release.

Manhattan commercial brokerage Winoker Realty rebranded as EVO Real Estate Group in June, switching gears several months after the firm was acquired by a partnership of New York-area real estate principals. The firm will relocate to 1430 Broadway in April. — Julie Strickland
