The 2,100-square-foot unit features a private elevator landing, French doors and high-beamed ceilings. Dogs are forbidden at the white-glove, pre-war building. Douglas Elliman brokers Carter McHyman, John Barnett and John Cronin had the listing.

In June, Sevigny sold her co-op at 119 East 10th Street in the East Village to startup entrepreneur couple Halle Tecco and Jeffrey Hammerbacher for $1.8 million, as previously reported. The home entered contract in late March. [NYO]  — Mark Maurer
