Stephen Ross’ the Related Companies has signed “farm-to-table” eatery Treehaus to a 14,292-square-foot lease at MiMa, the developer’s luxury rental tower on the Far West Side. The 24-hour restaurant will provide delivery to MiMa residents.
UnSPACE Architects will design Treehaus’ new space at the 63-story tower at 460 West 42nd Street, the New York Post reported. Retail asking rents at the building are about $125 per square foot, according to the newspaper.
Related and its investment partner TIAA-CREF were represented by a Cushman & Wakefield team of Gene Spiegelman, Michael O’Neill, Alisa Amsterdam and Jason Greenstone, according to the Post, while PD Properties’ Tony Park represented Treehaus. [NYP, 1st item] – Hiten Samtani
