New 44-unit project coming to Bed-Stuy

December 21, 2013 01:00PM

The Brooklyn-based developer CS Management is bringing a 44-unit residential project to Bedford-Stuyvesant.

The 30,704-square-foot building will be located at 420 Tompkins Avenue, between Hancock and Halsey streets, and rise six stories, according to the plan exam application, cited by Buzzbuzzhome.

Designed by architect Charles Mallea, the building will feature an exercise room, laundry room, bike storage and lounge.

The paint store Brooklyn Weinstein Paint & Home Center currently occupies the site, which the developer acquired back in 2006 for just over $1 million. [Buzzbuzzhome]Christopher Cameron

I actually have a listing now for 90% complete 7k sq ft building in DUMBO BROOKLYN for $3,499,000. It’s a new construction walk up with 7 1 bedroom units, including two duplexes. Was built as condos. There’s also a tax abatement already in place. Still needs up to 500k to complete.

    Email me at:
Tell me who you are, so i’m inclined to reply:)
