From Luxury Listings NYC: Art dealer Gian Enzo Sperone sold his combination three-story apartment at 43 Clarkson Street, near Greenwich Street, for $10.3 million, according to city records filed today. Sperone — who is credited with bringing New York pop art to Europe in the 1970s — is also a founding partner of the Sperone Westwater gallery here in the city. [more]
