Aby Rosen’s 530 Park Avenue condos start closings

Closings have started at RFR Realty’s 530 Park Avenue, now that the offering plan has been declared effective.

The 116-unit condominium conversion, where units have so far sold from $1.2 million to north of $43.9 million, according to StreetEasy, is located at 61st Street and was redesigned by Handel Architects. Interiors were designed by William Georgis, and details include hardwood floors, crown moldings, marble showers, grainte countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Units on the building’s first floor look onto a French-style courtyard garden with a reflecting pool, and amenities include a gym, children’s playroom, media center, catering kitchen and 24-hour concierge.
