Neiman Marcus’ discount outlet LastCall is coming to United American Land’s Brooklyn Municipal Building, at 210 Joralemon Street.
The Downtown Brooklyn site marks the first location for LastCall in the city, as well as the first Neiman Marcus affiliate to arrive in the city since Ares Management and other investors bought the Dallas-based luxury department store chain for $6 billion last year, as previously reported.
LastCall will take 16,000 square feet, the New York Post reported. Asking rent was $70 per foot.
Exercise studio Yoga Works and candy store It’s Sugar also recently signed lease at the building where cosmetics chain Sephora is a already a retail tenant. Neiman Marcus also has a location at 1450 Broadway in Times Square.
