A unit at tony co-op 993 Fifth Avenue, on the Upper East Side, hit the market for $20 million late last week, according to StreetEasy.

The full-floor unit on the 16th floor features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The seller appears to be Alan Wilkinson, managing director of Midtown East-based private equity firm AEA Investors.

The 17-story, 19-unit limestone building is located between East 80th and 81st streets and across the street from the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Halstead Property brokers S. Christopher Halstead and Gzime Leka have the listing.

In 2011, Craig Huff, co-CEO of hedge fund Reservoir Capital Group, and his wife purchased the entire sixth floor at the building, as previously reported. — Mark Maurer
